3. Responsibilities


3.1 Management


– Lead by example in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within Henphy Ltd.
– Ensure this policy is implemented, communicated, and adhered to throughout the organisation.
– Provide training and resources to empower employees to understand and uphold the principles of equality
and diversity.
– Address complaints or breaches of this policy promptly and effectively.


3.2 Employees


– Treat colleagues, clients, and stakeholders with respect and fairness.
– Actively support and contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity.
– Report any instances of discrimination, harassment, or victimization to management.


4. Implementation


4.1 Training and Awareness


– All employees will receive training on equality, diversity, and inclusion to understand their responsibilities and
foster a positive workplace culture.
– Regular updates and resources will be provided to ensure continuous learning and awareness.


4.2 Monitoring and Reporting


– Regular reviews of workforce diversity data will be conducted to identify and address potential barriers to
equality.
– Feedback from employees and stakeholders will be encouraged to improve our practices and policies.


4.3 Zero Tolerance


– Henphy Ltd maintains a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment, and victimisation. Any
